On May 16, 2019, Mr. Andre Kuckuk, Vice President Development Machining Methods of Schaeffler AG Germany, accompanied by Mr. Yan Xiaojun, the head of Schaeffler Greater China,   visited Kunshan production base of Shanghai Xinlun Superabrasives Co., Ltd. for inspection and exchanges. Chairman Mr. Mao Guanghua, General Manager Mr. Deng Xiqing and relevant department heads received them warmly. Firstly, Xinlun introduced the company’s development history, market performance, product development, production base capacity and future development plans to guests, and then guided the guests to see the workshop. Both parties fully affirmed the achievements made by both together since both parties joined hands in 2012, and deeply communicated and discussed the related issues and development visions in cooperation. As a key tool for workpiece processing, grinding wheels naturally are getting more attention. Since Shanghai Xinlun Superabrasives Co., Ltd, became Schaeffler’s supplier in 2012, it has not only become the main supplier of CBN grinding wheels in Schaeffler Greater China by virtue of its excellent and stable product performance, but also has been continuously promoted to Schaeffler Group all around the world and won good comments from them. Mr. Andre Kuckuk, is a senior expert with 25 years of experience in grinding wheels manufacturing and grinding technology, and has inspected most of the world’s outstanding grinding wheels manufacturers as he has been engaged in grinding wheels procurement and management at Schaeffler for a long time. This is the first time for Mr. Andre Kuckuk to visit Xinlun. He has observed the on-site operation detail. His deep understanding of manufacturing process and quality control and unique perspective on on-site management and employee education fully demonstrated the world’s first-class enterprise cultivation and first-class abrasive expert’s standards. Finally, Mr. Andre Kuckuk highly appreciated Xinlun’s on-site performance, expressed his gratitude to Xinlun for its good performance in cooperation with Schaeffler over the years, and expressed his expectation as well as pertinent suggestions on how to strengthen the cooperation between the two parties.
